If you want to climb to blissful peaks in your life, you’ve got to be aligned in your body.
Alignment happens easily when you are at ease. Today there are constant stressors with few opportunities to fully release. You get “stuck” – sometimes creatively or in relationships, lacking sex drive, motivation or willpower, or most obviously through inflexibility in the body, like hunching shoulders or low-back tension.
What you want is to move into a state of “rest and digest” so that you can handle anything that comes in your life with ease and flow. This requires nourishing yourself physically, mentally and energetically. Being comfortable in your physical body requires attention to what you consume: both from a food standpoint and the thoughts and people that you let influence you.
We are complex systems requiring well-being on every level to reach the peaks that are our birthright. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to the pathways for fulfillment and bliss: bringing techniques for peak levels of physical, mental and energetic well-being.
