In this 15-minute guided meditation, Jordana breaks away from the traditional formula and gets you outside! Through encouraging you to step outside, and either stand or sit, she asks you to search for and envelope the sun. This is to invigorate your body and soul, and to re-establish the connection between you and the natural world. If this is not possible for you, allow the meditation to function as an inspiring and imaginative visualization practice, to spur yourself towards embodying the properties of sunshine.

Whilst open to all, we recommend this uplifting, warming meditation for those living through moments of low energy or mood, fatigue, depression, grief, and a lack of inspiration. Additionally, the warming properties of the visualization are particularly suited to those residing in cooler locales!
